Account & Data Deletion

This is the public deletion page required for app store listings.

Proyojhon lets you deactivate or permanently delete your account and associated data. You can do this inside the app or by request.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Proyojhon and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Manage Account.
  3. Choose Deactivate account or Delete account and confirm.
  4. You will be signed out and local data on the device will be cleared.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email proyojhon@gmail.com from the email on your account with the subject "Delete my Proyojhon account". We will verify your identity and process the request, typically within a reasonable time.

What happens when you delete

  • Your account enters a 90-day recovery window.
  • During those 90 days you can recover the account by signing in again.
  • After 90 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently purged.
  • Sign-in tokens and locally cached data on the device are removed immediately on deletion or sign-out.
