Proyojhon Terms of Service

1. What Proyojhon is

• Proyojhon is a local discovery and information platform for Moulvibazar, Bangladesh.
• We display information about doctors, hospitals, restaurants, food menus, vehicles, and other local services.
• We are an intermediary or directory and do not provide the services ourselves.

2. No professional advice; verify before you act

• Listing information may not always be accurate or up to date.
• Content in the app is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
• Always confirm details directly with the provider and seek qualified help for health decisions.

3. Accounts

• You may use much of Proyojhon without an account.
• If you create an account, you sign in with your email address and a password you choose, and you are responsible for keeping those details secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or infringe others rights.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell our listings or data without permission.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Transactions with providers

• Any appointment, booking, order, ride, or payment is a direct agreement between you and the service provider.
• Proyojhon is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the provider’s services, availability, pricing, or conduct.

6. How bookings work

• When you submit a booking you are sending a REQUEST. It is not a confirmed appointment until the organisation accepts it, and submitting one does not by itself reserve a place, a time, or a price.
• The organisation decides the outcome. It may confirm the booking, decline it, mark it as delayed if the timing moves, cancel a booking it had already accepted, or mark it completed after your visit.
• If a booking is declined, the organisation records a reason and you can read it in the app.
• A serial number and an expected time are shown only once the organisation sets them. They are that organisation’s estimate, not a guarantee by Proyojhon, and an expected time can change if the booking is delayed.
• Notifications and messages about a booking are sent by, or on behalf of, the organisation handling it. Proyojhon delivers them; it does not decide them.
• Please give accurate contact details. Organisations rely on the name and phone number on the booking to reach you, and an incorrect one may mean your booking cannot be served.
• Do not submit bookings you do not intend to keep, or repeated duplicate requests. Misuse may lead to your account being restricted.

7. Intellectual property

• The Proyojhon name, logo, app, and original content are owned by Proyojhon and protected by law.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proyojhon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the law.

10. Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Disputes are subject to the courts of the relevant jurisdiction in Bangladesh.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
